COMMISSIONED PORTRAITS

Orders can be commissioned via my online shop on Etsy.com or via email to helen@ironrose.co.uk. A 25% deposit will be required before work on any commission is undertaken. Refunds will not be available for personally commissioned artwork. Upon completion, an image of the artwork will be sent via email to the customer at which stage any adjustments can be made, before the remaining balance is requested and the artwork is sent. Once the artwork has been approved and sent, it cannot be altered unless sent back at the expense of the buyer. The quality of the artwork will meet the standard of examples shown in the portrait galleries.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any photographs supplied for commissions are not in breach of any copyright laws. Ironrose assumes that the customer owns the photos or have been granted permission to use any photograph supplied.

PAYMENT

Instant payments can be made online via Paypal or via my Etsy shop. Paypal processes all major debit and credit cards instantly and is a trusted and secure online payment method. Payments can be made with your debit/credit card without requiring you to have a Paypal account. See more information on the Paypal website: www.paypal.com.

DELIVERY

Commissioned artwork : Work will commence after payment is received for the sum of at least 25% of the quote. Full payment will be required upon completion. Delivery time will depend on the size and complexity of the artwork and an estimated completion time will be advised on an individual basis.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal details disclosed will be used to send your products to you and to keep you informed regarding your purchases / commissions. Your information will not be sold to any third parties for marketing purposes.

RETURNS

Commissioned items cannot be returned or refunded.

With the exception of commissioned artwork, all other art and design work contained within this website is copyrighted to Helen Stimpson who retains the rights. Copying or reproduction of any original designs and artwork is prohibited by law without permission from the artist.
